We had a perfect experience staying at harrahs during sema. We were on the 33rd floor and the room service was out of this world, while we were out of the room for the day not only did they do the normal cleaning they organized my shoes, both sinks and hair tools! I truly hope they know how appreciative we were and that it truly made a difference coming back. Thank you so much! We have stayed here every year for the last couple years and they proved why we keep coming back

Great stay overall. Location is good easy access to the monorail, and easy strip access. Rooms are a touch small. Beware of the snack display DO NOT PLACE items any where near that area with means you litterly have to store your things on the floor, due to no counter space. Got charged for items never touched do to my roommate placing his backpack on the counter. And had to pay for multiple items. Other wise would of got a 5 star

We had a great stay here at Harrahโs. The staff was soooo friendly and helpful: from front desk, room service to taxi/valet people. We loved them all. My only complaint would be that our room lacked some minor things like the bathroom did not have a trash binโฆ or our queen beds only had two pillows each. But the hotel staff was very quick to give us extra pillows! Thank you, guys for the hospitality!! ๐๐

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We had requested early check-in but despite repeated follow-ups, waiting in line for hours, we were not able to check in until 7:00 PM, three hours later than the standard 4:00 PM check-in time. We also attempted to check in using the self-service kiosks multiple times, but each attempt directed us back to the front desk. The express online check-in option also failed to work. Many other customers were experiencing the same. After starting our day at 3:30 AM traveling from Minnesota this prolonged and disorganized check-in process was extremely disappointing. Customer service in such situations must be improved many guests travel with families, children or elderly companions and being left without access to a room for several hours is unacceptable. We had booked a suite expecting a higher level of service and amenities but found only two towels provided. Additionally the pool was closed which was a major letdown. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations in service, communication or amenities. Not a good hotel and would not recommend.

Rooms were great and food was pretty good. It's a little difficult to find the check-in location as it's tucked away in the back. My biggest issue. Just pay the $20 parking fee. I was informed that I could get a free parking pass if in the military. Not worth it. Staff most unhelpful when dealing with this issue. Was told that I wouldn't need my parking ticket that it was all taken care of. When attempting to remove the charge by visiting check-in desk, as requested, the staff said they couldn't find my name and then questioned whether I was staying at Harrah's. When attempting to leave after checkout couldn't get out of parking. After hitting the assistance button was hung up on by staff. Just pay the money, it's not worth the hassle. I'll never stay there again.
