Edit- im a little disappointed because I got charged twice, one bill is a hold and the other went thru. I was told 24- 48 hours the holding charge of 137 would roll off. Its been 5 days and the hotel now tells me maybe Monday or Tues it will be removed. I dont appreciate getting charged twice and then having to wait 10 days,to get one refunded. Doesn't seem fair to me. Removing a star for the extra charge. I just had the most wonderful check in experience with Julia, I think that was her name. She was so sincerely kind . My room is exceptionally clean and im so happy there is a guest laundry room upstairs. I know im going to enjoy my stay here very much. Thank you, I checked out a few hotels and im so very glad I picked this one. Julia was so nice on the phone when I called and that is why I chose Hampton Inn. Kindness and a very clean room goes a long way! Thanks again!

This is a great hotel in the Sierra Vista area. The customer service at this property is top notch. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out we were treated amazingly. I loved the special touch they give to breakfast with yogurt parfaits and specialty waffles. I would definitely be back at this hotel again.

If you’re in the Sierra Vista area, this is an awesome place to stay. They little things they have done for the customer is top notch. They have an even reception, the protest is very clean and well taken care of and they have EV chargers on site for customers. I’ll be staying here again for sure when in the area!

Bed was uncomfortable especially the pillows. When we first got in the room was hot and it took forever to cool it. I couldn’t sleep til 4 am. The TV can’t turn off with remote. The bed was facing the closet and the tv is to the right of the bed. Weird position. For what they charge you would expect better.

I travel ALOT. This specific Hampton is probably the best experience for all Hampton Inns I have ever stayed at in the last 25 years. Truly! They provide FREE craft beer and an afternoon snack bar Monday thru Thursday. YES ~ FREE craft beer, 2 beer limit, but how great is that! My room was cleaned and immaculate every day I returned from work. I had ZERO issues and ZERO complaints at this hotel, and it has earned my highest recommendation for all travelers.
