PLEASE avoid this airline If you can. I purchased a Bundled Flight to Houston Thru Priceline October 25 - 26. The Return Flight was on Frontier. For Starters you only get 1 free personal item My backpack which i don't ever check was either $68 or $73 for 1 carry on which is rather high but that's not the main issue. FRONTIER sent an email to bid for seat upgrades which I bid for and both were accepted (Be mindful that if you do bid for that and have a Layover you have to pay for the upgraded seat on each leg of the flight a separate upgrade fee) Having an 8 hour Layover in Atlanta I opted to leave the airport and visit family and checking for text and email updates the entire time to make sure there was no Gat Change as I was told my departing gate would be E40 when I arrived in Atlanta. There were no email or text updates sent and the app was giving me an error every time I put in my flight info. When I got back to the airport and got to My departing gate the Lady at the counter said the Gate was change to Terminal T which is the total opposite end of Atlantas airport. I literally had to sprint through Atlantas airport/ catch a train and sprint to the Deoarting terminal. Luckily the flight was slightly delayed or There is no way I would have made it to board on time. To make matters worse the seat that I bid for and paid For I was assigned Seat 1A which was printed on my boarding pass. As I went to board the agent said my tix didn't work, She said my seat was given away and I was assigned a seat in roe 19 Even tho I paid for and it showed on my current tix my seat upgrade. I called customer service about a refund on 10.28 now that the payment has processed for the seat and they have no recollection of my seat purchase and they claim they sent out an email about the gate change but the only message myself and other passengers received was a Notification about the ATLANTA FLIGHT being Delayed but we ALL RECEIVED THAT NOTIFICATION AFTER THE PLANE LANDED IN Jacksonville Fl!! I'm going to have to dispute the upgrade charge with my Bank Bc they won't issue me a refund. Please avoid This Airline if at all possible!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been trying to get home to Philly for 3 days out of Jacksonville Florida. I’m still in Florida. I have had two planes delay so far 5+ hours I had to re book twice already. Not to mention they charged me extra for the same seat twice. One of the employees there rolled her eyes at me and laughed to another employee when I voiced my concerns and asked for resolution. I will NEVER fly frontier again, I will continue to post in detail my bad experience- on every site possible. As soon as I get home, and hopefully I will make it home, tomorrow- I’m calling and going to argue for a refund. I’m out $$, I’m out of insulin for my diabetes, and I have missed a very important meeting. If you’re reading this do yourself a favor- pay the extra money for a better airline. I promise you it’s worth it.

First shock they close account before one hour just to stealing you they sell you the flight without chair and you must rent thr chair that second chock 25 and the chair something like 50 so on the end go to travel with them its normal you loose the bag and if they find it 6 month they will bring it if not that is it so will put your self with all that option better always I see the people raise black they go to southwest and white they go with American I don’t know why but sure they are the famous and the best

The worst airline and the worst customer service. I forgot my sunglasses and they said I couldn’t go back to grab and that they would check. The front desk said they go would and check and they didn’t. They stated flight attendants would look but after waiting for 10mins the plane started boarding for the other customers. I asked another attendant there and they just said they didn’t find anything. I doubt they even looked because I had them on right before landing because it was really bright from the windows. They’re losing customers over simple things. It wasn’t going to hurt anyone to if they had just went and actually looked for 2 minutes.

If you can cancel your ticket, do it. This is the worst airline. I bought a ticket from San Juan. I had a layover in Philadelphia. I was never informed that my seat was changed until I was about to board the plane. I purchased a ticket, and my seat and my husband's seat, Fly 1015 - 23A and 23B, were changed to B14 and 40A. My husband was very polite talking to the man at the desk. He didn’t help me; they were very rude. They said there was nothing they could do. For REAL! We boarded the plane, and the personnel inside were very, very rude. Finally, a passenger who was seated in the last two rows near the bathroom wanted to change seats. We agreed so I could sit with my husband. Worst decision. The employees were in the back talking and talking, one named Joahna and Reina, and two more talking about her romantic life. I wanted to sleep but could not. I looked at them a few times to see if they'd shut their mouths, but they kept on talking so loud. We are seniors, no help with luggage. The passengers have more courtesy than these employees. Employees need to be better educated. First time and last flying with this airline.
