If I could give frontier zero stars I would!!! My first & last experience with Frontier! I’m from Indiana, but at the time was in LAX.5 of us were booted off the plane because they overbooked! Not my fault & The frontier representative was the supervisor and she was so mean and nasty….Then she told us the next flight leaves in 4 days! I had business to attend to in Phoenix and had to leave that day so I had to find another flight that cost almost 300. Bucks. This all happened June 1. When I finally got to my destination, I reached out to frontier and was told I would be getting a refund of 171.92 Awesome! Great, something back for my inconvenience even though I was out 150 bucks but Lesson learned never fly w/Frontier. While I was traveling, my debit card was hacked & I reached out to frontier & got to wait on hold for over an hour to text someone about updating my Bank info The representative told me that I was already refunded & can’t submit another refund with my new Account. I told her there’s no way I was refunded because that account has been closed. Meanwhile, I’m on the phone with my bank as frontier and I were texting back-and-forth. My bank told me there was no transactions & if anything, my bank would have sent the money back. Sounds about right. I’m trying to explain this to The person texting me. So what do they do….Sends me an email confirmation of $42 sent to the account that was closed 😳 WOW! Please, someone tell me why would anyone do that to account they knew it was closed?!?!? You cannot fix stupid! I told her I was supposed to be getting back 171.92 So, what HAPPENS NEXT…….THIS PERSON ENDS THE CHAT!!!!!! I cannot believe this company is still in business!!!!!! So I tried to reach out to someone on the website, but if you don’t have a six digit code or it expires, you can’t talk to anyone 😒 I had to go through my emails to try and reply to the first person who responded on the 7th! Hope I hear from somebody soon I’m owed money and as far as I’m concerned, it’s theft right now

I attempted to travel with Frontier Airlines. I was unable to check-in online due to a technical issue with Frontier’s website. I arrived to the Frontier desk and there were no Frontier representatives to offer assistance with check-in. Frontier did not issue a boarding pass due to their inadequate customer service. I informed the Guest Services desk that there were no Frontier representatives at their desk, and I was allowed to pass the TSA checkpoint to check-in at the gate. When I arrived, the flight was overbooked and I was denied the seat I paid for. I was informed the check-in desk closes a full hour before flight departure. This does not allow time for resolution with customers experiencing issues. There were 5-10 other travelers attempting to board the Frontier flight, but were denied due to the flight being full. The way Frontier conducts their business is unacceptable and should not be allowed to continue at the Indianapolis International Airport. The IIA has an otherwise great reputation, and all of my travel to this point has been smooth.

AWFUL. I’ve never been disrespected more in my life. I was trying to check my bag, over an hour before my flight and I was denied. Mind you the website says 45 mins before my flight is the cut off. They weren’t willing to help me rebook my flight until I put up a fight. I’ve heard multiple people and employee at this airport talk about how horrible frontier staff is. Many people on my flight had the same problem and were trying to get their bags on the flight. SO RUDE and disrespectful to all of us and they handled us so poorly.

I received a text message in the morning that the flight is delayed for around 1 hour. When I got there, way ahead of the delayed depart time, the first bag tag machine don’t print tag, had to switch other one. Then, still we are over 1 hour before the delayed the flight, my travel partner cannot check in online nor on the machine because it is within 1 hour before the original scheduled depart time. We cannot took the plane because he cannot do check in!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible experience! Never experienced such a thing before! I suspect Frontier sent out the text message about the delay to stop us from boarding purposefully!

Frontier Airlines is such a joke of an airline. Rude customer service at both Indy and Tampa, No one was helpful, and our flight from IND to TPA got canceled, but thankfully we got a Southwest flight out of Indy last Monday. And my dad paid $78.00 for a checked bag and we still haven’t gotten our money back from it yet. So I don’t think I’m ever gonna fly frontier’s stupid joke of an airline in the future. And then one of the flight attendants started interesting us about their stupid world Mastercard, and me and my dad could not stop laughing 😂. But thankfully, one of the guys on our flight was actually very kind. But we’re still never find frontier Airlines in the future unless if they can make their airline company better than maybe we’ll think about it but for now, nah, ain’t happening.
