I don’t even think they should get a star! Frontier is the absolute worst airline to EVER exist in the history of airlines!!! There is not one good thing I can say about them. I purchased a Carti on because the website led me to believe my husband backpack would not qualify for a carry on. The website said it’s cheaper to purchase online than at the airport, so we did. He gets to the airport and then inform him it’s considered a personal item so he don’t need to purchase extra, I call frontier for a refund and they tell me refunds are not granted should have read the pages of fine print stating such. My husbands flight was at 9:59 pm Monday. I just spoke to him at 7:30 am Tuesday, he’s waking up on the airport floor still waiting on his flight. He took a flight from Charlotte supposed to connect in Maryland to his final destination in Chicago, for his new hire orientation. Stay clear of frontier, absolutely nothing positive or good to say about this company and I always try to see the good. Never ever again!!!! Frontier sucks

Very disappointed with frontier. I flew here from Houston and the trip here got delayed and then upon arriving to the airport, we sat in the runway for 30 minutes. Now, I was set to return to Houston today and they cancelled the flight just a few hours before takeoff. There were no other good flights so I had to go to an airport 2 hours away. This was very inconvenient. Cancelling a flight with this short notice and only giving a refund does not make it right. Booking a flight to stay on the same timeline the day of costs far more money than the cancelled flight. I will make it a point to not fly with Frontier again.

Frontier Is the Worst Airline Frontier is the worst airline I’ve ever flown with. They forced me to pay for my luggage even though I got on my first flight with it for free. The customer service was horrible — the people there clearly hate their jobs, and the manager, Tony, was absolutely no help. I’m beyond disappointed. I’ll never spend another dollar with Frontier again. This airline is right behind Spirit as the worst of the worst. Save yourself the stress and spend a little extra money with a real airline.

I was traveling from Philly to Miami and had a layover in Charlotte. Unfortunately, I was delayed due extremely bad weather (End of Summer Rain) in Miami, and had to stay overnight in Charlotte. Next morning I came to the airline desk and was greeted and attended by Damon Gordon. Excellent job he did answering my questions and addressing my luggage concerns, as it is how I travel with my tools. Once I was on the plane, and ready to go, Damon walked up to my seat and confirmed that mu luggage was on board and assured that I will received my baggage once in la ded in Miami. Damon, excellent job!!

I had a disappointing experience with Frontier Airlines employee Tessa at CLT on flight F9 1328. She enforced the bag size policy strictly, forcing me to pay $99 for a bag that fit under the seat the entire day. When I boarded the plane, the flight attendants confirmed that my bag would indeed go under the seat, just like it had on my previous flights. Tessa's inflexibility and refusal to listen to my explanation (and my mother's) were frustrating. I felt that the $99 fee was unnecessary and that common sense should have prevailed. Frontier Airlines might benefit from re-evaluating their bag policy enforcement and staff training to avoid similar situations in the future.
