This is one of Juneau's largest grocery stores, and it's very well stocked. They also have a separate section that sells clothing and small appliances, so it's like a supermarket and department store all in one. There's a massive parking lot with plenty of spots, a full-service pharmacy, and an on-site fuel center too. Since this chain is owned by the same one that runs Kroger and Smith's I was excited that I could earn rewards points with my purchase! The store has a big deli and bakery with fresh items, and has all sorts of local and national brands. The prices are on the high side (this is Alaska, after all), but they carry just about everything you could ever need or want. There's even a small section that sells generic Alaska souvenirs if you need to pick up something for the folks back home.

If you aren't familiar, this massive place is like the old mega Walmarts used to be. It's a massive department store with full grocery and deli counter. You can save some serious money if you are willing to buy off-brand/store brand as this is a part of Kroger.

Big store, basically a Kroger or Harris Teeter. Has everything you need from: Food and groceries to beer and alcohol to clothes. Also, souvenirs, kitchen items, shoes, jeans, jackets. A huge one stop shop. Not too bust usually so can be a quick stop. Plenty of parking and conveniently located. Friendly and helpful staff and self check out for those in a hurry.

Fred Meyer on Egan Drive in Juneau is a one-stop shop with great food options, cheap tourist souvenirs, and tons of household items. The store is very clean with plenty of parking and fast checkout lanes. Conveniently located right off the highway, it’s perfect for locals and travelers alike.

Best superstore in Juneau, AK. Had many of the items we were looking for. Just like any retailer though, it needs manpower to keep the place looking neat. I know it's not the local managers faults, it's Kroger's corporate holding back funds to have payroll, but that's the only complaint.
