When people park on a no parking delivery route and you call them in because trucks can't deliver their goods to business they do not care and never come out. Worse tax paying service ever.

I'm going to give them five stars because most of the reviews I've read is petty people mad because they did something dumb. Want to blame somebody other than themselves. I got my parking ticket. I paid it and That's the end of that conversation

$10 fee PLUS $2.95 service charge in a super unfriendly website/portal all for a $1 parking fee. In the most pedestrian/cycling unfriendly town of such a size.

Awesome! My inconsiderate neighbor keep parking their junkyard vehicles in front my house for days to weeks.

If I could give zero stars I would. PC3 gave me a ticket WHILE STILL IN MY CAR! I pull up to the meter with my two little ones (1&4) gather my things and put my shoes on (they were half on from being in a rush dropping my oldest off at school). The parking enforcer proceeded to walk up to my car even after noticing I’m still in the car and I walk out to ask her if she just wrote me a ticket. I explained I was putting my shoes on. She didn’t care, told me to appeal it. This is bad for DTFW. I will take my money elsewhere.,
