Hey all, I am from out of town and came here with some family members. The experience was adequate at maximum to say the most. I vividly remember paying way too much for the tacos and could immediately taste those packaged Mission flour tortillas. The very least you can do is purchase high quality tortillas or make them yourself. Secondly, the service was okay, our server talked to us maybe twice? We waited for like 20 minutes to close out and he actually just never came back so we had to find someone else to pay the check. The drinks and Wagyu sliders/burger were the best part of this visit. The simulator was fun but nothing mind blowing. I got the sense that this place is quite new and there is a lot to be worked out, probably won't return here until a trip later down the line. I am a huge F1 so this was rather disappointing but if you have money and time, then definitely check it out at least once.

My husband and I went in on a Tuesday they were decently busy. The reception staff were really nice and the check-in process was quite easy. We decided to have a drink and some food while we waited for the start time. I got the "She's in the Lead" gin cocktail that was light and delicious and my husband got the "Smokin Lap" whiskey drink that was also good. For food, I ordered the Capresse flatbread while he enjoyed the Shrimp tacos. Both were surprisingly good. Don't worry, if you don't finish your food and drinks by the time your race start, they have tables in between each of the simulators so you can rest your things there. As for the race itself, the simulation was a lot of fun. There are different levels as well as courses you can choose depending on how interactive you want to be with the actual racing itself. I liked how the players in each of the races were not sitting right next to each other so you don't really know who you're racing up against. I would definitely recommend this place for a date nights and get-togethers.

Great experience! Staff was super friendly. We came on opening day and I understand they were super busy but all were very accommodating and friendly. Drinks took a bit but were great! The f1 arcade rigs were awesome! Takes no time to get used to and were a blast. Price point is terrific for such an expertise

My friends and I had such a fun time at the F1 arcade!! We’ve been looking forward to the arcade opening for over a year now and it did not disappoint! The food, drinks, gaming experience, and most of all, the service were all wonderful! We came in for their opening and we were all able to use the simulators. We have a driving simulator at home, but the experience in the arcade was such a treat! We were all so impressed with the service, from the front desk staff to our servers and the managers. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to us! We will definitely be back for race days! Thank you!

Not the best experience but I would be willing to give it another try. We came in and the woman who helped us was very nice. We did go in during the "peak pricing" window, however, I still believe $60 for two people and three races (which are maybe 5 minutes each) is outrageous. You are also forced by the simulator to do your races back to back so our experience was over in a matter of 15-20 minutes. We were told the seating was first come, first serve so we snagged the closest available table. Our server brought us waters and took our order, however, after we sat down at our simulators, another group came in, pushed our stuff that was on the table to the end, and sat in our seats. Since our simulator experience was already over, we decided to not make a big fuss and move to another table further away. Our drinks that we ordered were then brought to the table we were originally at, and the group that was there drank our drinks, probably with full awareness they were not theirs. The drinks are brought out by another person, who was not our server so I don't fault our server here, but it is a flawed system for that reason. At this point the drinks had taken about 30 minutes so we decided to find our server, cancel our order, and leave. After the server heard what had happened he was very eager to have us speak with his manager to make it right, which was very much appreciated. The manager, I believe his name was Jace, was very empathetic and helpful. He offered us our drinks to be remade for free which we did do, and some food for free but with how long the drinks took the first time we decided to decline. Overall, I think the experience itself is fun, but absurdly priced. I do understand this place has only been open a few weeks so there is still some ironing out to do with the service and its flaws. Not a great first experience whatsoever, however the managerial staff was very eager to make it right with us which will bring me back one day, I will definitely be going during non-peak hours though.
