The entire trip with seamless. She recommended tours, best things to do on the island and she even took the time to book our restaurant reservations. We had hiccups during the planning process due to Maui fires, and Miriam helped us navigate the best way to protect our investment on the trip. When we had issues on our flight coming home, she helped us navigate leveraging our insurance plan. Miriam is incredibly thorough, responsive and attentive. I appreciated how organized she is. Miriam with Elevate Travel created an extraordinary travel experience for our family. Once I shared my vision, hopes and dreams for this once in a lifetime trip with Miriam, she curated a beautiful adventure for us. Our goal was to immerse ourselves in Florence but also become familiar and comfortable with the area of the city where our daughter would study abroad. Miriam found the most gorgeous hotel for us in a perfect location - central enough to be walkable to everything we wanted to see or do, but not terribly crowded or touristy - and close to our daughter’s apartment and school. The breathtaking rooftop bar and pool at the hotel were amazing and the included breakfast buffet was the highlight of every day. Miriam booked an excursion for us to the Tuscan countryside that was an absolute highlight - complete with lunch at a gorgeous organic farm up in the hills. She also found us an amazing cooking class with a talented, entertaining chef - even the home chef among us enjoyed it immensely and picked up some tips - and we learned how to identify authentic gelato! I’m thrilled to write this review about my experience for my trip to Greece. This trip was an idea for over 1 year before I contacted Miriam Nodzo. With her assistance we were able to figure out what worked best for our group of 10. We went to Athens, Mykonos and Santorini. Miriam was able to recommend hotels, excursions that would meet all our expectations and budget for each stop. The final arrangements were better than we could ever imagine.
