No complaints with the ONE staff member working there. Very unprofessional on behalf of owners of the place to only have one person working there. I have used this company to travel on several occasions, very upsetting to only see ONE employee running around doing all the work. I guess this company really does not care about the employees, come on at least hire one more person to help that poor guy there. On the other note, it's an ok place wouldn't say that its safe with all the crazy ppl that end up trying to go in and asking for food or money. Clean place, clean bus.

Expensive prices, old buses Dansani machine is failing and limousines doesn't endorse your lost money

I like the El Paso bus, they're lenient and the buses are comfortable, once someone told me about them, it was the end of greyhound! The only thing is they don't usually stop for snack breaks so pack your own lunch before getting on.
