I’ve given this service center more than enough chances to earn my trust, and I’m done. Over the course of dealing with them, I’ve lost nearly $16,000—not just in repairs, but in missed work, non-refundable travel, and ongoing issues that somehow only got worse with each visit. I’ve brought my 2018 F-150 in multiple times, and nearly every time I picked it up, a new issue would appear within a few days. On my most recent visit, I picked it up on a Tuesday after they replaced a solenoid. The very next day, while driving to the Phoenix airport (a non-refundable flight I missed), a completely new issue popped up. It sounded like an air compressor was kicking on under the center dash every time I accelerated. When I brought it back in, the issue mysteriously vanished. A technician told me a tube had come loose and they fixed it—but when I asked for more details, the story changed. At that point, it felt like they were trying to cover up a mistake rather than own it. For a significant stretch of time, they were driving my truck more than I was, “test driving” it to figure out ongoing issues that never seemed to get resolved. That alone should tell you something. In my opinion, the lack of transparency, accountability, and the constant runaround make this place feel shady and dishonest. I will never bring my truck here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle—or your wallet.

I went in to warranty a power running board on the left side on a 2023 F250 that the chrome trim fell off. They took pictures of both sides, one with the chrome trim on the passenger side. The other one without the chrome trim. They came back and told me that the steps are different on both sides and that at one point someone changed the steps. It obviously is different because one is missing the chrome trim and the other one is not. You can clearly tell that the one missing the chrome trim had it before. I’m very disappointed that they would tell me this when it clearly is the same step other than the chrome trim.
