The bus driver was helpful there needs to be better communication in the airport as to how to pick up Zone 4 bus and how to communicate which shelter is needed. Bus was very clean and well maintained.

Just got back from a 2-day trip. I always park economy with no issue. My car now has a bunch of scratches above the tire. Spoke with an officer only to find out they have one camera and zero solutions.

We did not know to write down the shelter number and only had the letter and row number which caused us to miss our drop off. A supervisor came and picked us up and drove us to our car. He was so kind and helpful. I wish we had his name. He waited to make sure our car started since we had parked there for almost 2 weeks. Highly recommend! Thank you for your kindness and help!

Great place to park and a lot cheaper ($9/day) vs garage ($20/day). The bus shuttles are reasonably frequent during normal hours, usually plan on adding 10-15 mins when I park there vs garage. Love that they have the free umbrella to loan when it rains, you just return it on your next trip! The waiting shelters have heated lamps above for those colder days.
