I have been turned away and had to reschedule appointments being anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes late which I understand but I have to wait 35 to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment for my kids to be seen throwing off my entire schedule. If I have to be considerate of your time then you should be considerate of mine. Please do better

They don't speak English and one lady made me use a translator. Confused kids charts (almost gave the wrong kid a cavity filling) Take forever for apts to be completed Leave toothpaste on the kids teeth They miss very obvious plaque on the kids teeth. They are rude, the office is filthy in the waiting area and there's roaches on the floor!!!! their referral system is garbage. I don't even know how they are still cooperating. There's one lady in the back in particular (she's a black woman who's chair is always at the end and she's been there for years) that smacked my son's cheek when he didn't immediately open his mouth for x-rays. (He was non-verbal at this time) While she smacked his cheek she said "HELLO" like he was an idiot or something. Then my daughter has sleep apnea and it's caused issues with her top teeth. The dentist accused me of having her on too much sugar and said the "teeth tell a story" my kids aren't allowed sugar at all. Her gastroenterologist said that it's due to the acids in her stomach and sleep apnea because she also has severe GERD from being a premi. When I informed her of this she rolled her eyes and made a nasty face and walked away. And the apron they put on kids for x-rays is filthy.... It's covered in what looks like boogers and drool. IF you have a choice don't bring your kids here. (Most of us don't because it's one of the only places in Jax you can use Medicaid)

I don't know if they took new management or what but I've been making appointments with this guys since 2010 Could have been longer than that until now very unprofessional Call 2 times each day until I could have got someone on the phone leave number of message with my telephone number. No call back.... Finally get a chance to set up an appointment not knowing they canceled the appointment and my kid missed a whole day of school..... I don't know if the Call Center is on the southside boulevard... But they are very unprofessional they care less about the kiddos and their parents and most of not all Should not have h parents and kids personal information......

Great and awesome service. Very nice and respectable staffing. My Queens Love it there. They actually care about your concerns about your child I would recommend them to anyone.

Something weird is obviously going on here. They tried to tell me parents are not allowed in the back with kids over 3 years old. There was a little girl about 7 or 8 who was about to go back and you could see how uncomfortable she was being forced to go back without her mom. Like what are you really doing to these kids????
