Very honest. We thought that bike was having issues with tire tube but there was no issue. Did not charge me. I highly recommend this store. Also estimates for tube replacement were fair.

Charlie does tremendous work at extremely reasonable prices. This shop is one of the jewels of Hamilton's business community. Please, before you spend a ton of money on a new bike, check Charlie's refurbished bike inventory. It will almost certainly be a far better deal than buying a new ride. I had a downhill mountain bike built here over 20 years ago. Mr. Swope knows more about bicycles and related tech than anyone I have met before or since. He can find, repair and maintain any bike and is always fair with his prices and treatment of people. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

My bike was basically in shambles and it was to the point where I didn’t know if it could even get fixed. However, Charlie is obviously a professional and has a great grasp of what he is doing as he was able to fix my bike within a couple hours, and that was after he asked if I wanted it repaired ASAP (I didn’t). When I went to pick up my bike, we showed him another one which had minor problems and he literally fixed it on the spot with very little charge.On top of that, he is very humble and respectful, and I would always return that favor by recommending him to everyone and returning myself whenever my bike has a problem.
