I had a great experience with Mike and the team at Eastern Truck & Accessories. This was a significant investment into something fairly new to me, and I was a bit intimidated by the possibility of it backfiring. But at no point did I feel taken advantage of. I came to them with a challenge: the load from a large rooftop tent, awning, and camping gear was starting to strain my 4Runner’s suspension. While I’m not a professional or even an enthusiast, I had done enough research to understand the basics of improving ride quality. Eastern’s recommendations aligned with much of what I had found, and true to their expertise, they also pointed out additional gaps I hadn’t considered. I already had wheels in mind, and they suggested a great tire pairing. They were informative and transparent, never pushing me toward any particular price point. I appreciated that they laid out the pros and cons and let me make the final decision. They even managed to get the parts in early and completed the upgrade ahead of schedule. The results have been fantastic. As they promised, the 4Runner actually feels better than it did when I first bought it, even with the added load. I’ve put over 1,000 miles on it since the work, including multiple trips to the beaches of North Carolina, and it’s performed with no issues. It still handles like it did fresh from the shop. Every suggestion Mike and his team made paid off, and I’m glad I trusted their guidance. They answered all my questions about dealership warranties, and I’ve had zero issues with the Toyota dealership since the upgrade. I don’t have much experience with other shops, but given the size of this investment, I can confidently say I have no regrets. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the upgrade and wouldn’t hesitate to bring future work to Eastern.

Brought my Tacoma in for alignment and they have a customer package that includes alignment, tire road force balance, and they inspect the suspension and other steering components. The technician that worked on my truck was very informative and really seemed to care about getting my truck to drive perfect. They did an incredible job and my truck drives so much better now. Hope to be back soon to get my truck lifted!

I recently had a 4.5” BDS lift installed on a 2010 Toyota Tundra and also was wrapped with 35x12.50r18’s Ridge Grapplers. - Thank you to Dewayne for being patient with me at the beginning - emailing and calling to figure out exactly everything I wanted/needed for my truck. - HUGE shoutout to Mike (Sales Manager) for the professional and courteous interactions that we had. This dude will work with you and made the whole experience worth it! - Thanks to the Owner Mike for being involved with his business and taking the time to ensure I was satisfied with the service provided. - After installation, the Shop Foreman (Ryan) went over everything briefly and wanted to ensure I didn’t have any questions before leaving. Also, my old leveling kit parts were neatly stored in a box for me to take. -They stay in communication with you whether it was regarding scheduling, progress updates, pickup, etc. (Thanks Randy) If you take your vehicle to ETA, they will treat you right and perform exceptional work. Overall, you get what you pay for. ETA has been around the 757 for a while now for a reason. They have a road force balancing machine- I’m not a tire expert but I hear these are the best machines to use. All of these reasons, big or small, is why I took my truck to ETA and I am glad I did. The ole Tundra is riding better than it ever has! Bonus: ETA has raised over 60,000$ for the American Cancer Society ❤️ 🎗️ the world needs more businesses making a difference like this!
