This is a great idea and I wish more airports offered this kind of service. Sadly, every single time I've walked past at various times of day and night, it's always full. So don't expect to be able to use this. I ended up having to sleep on the floor.

Good idea but chairs could be more comfortable. Dim the lights at night. It’s so bright.

Comfy, but small. There are a few dozen lounge chairs in the space, free for ticketed customers. During a relatively busy late night travel period, all of them were full, which isn't unexpected for an airport lounge. But the people who got to lounge looked very comfortable :) The area doesn't appear to be labeled at all. It's on the third floor, above the food court.

Comfy chairs, great place to take a nap. First come first serve. Bring earplugs and mask if you wish to sleep as lights are bright and other passengers are on their devices with phone volume up and on the phones. (Signage discouraging this, dimmer lighting and trash cans would be helpful) Plenty of space midday on a weekday. Comfy, quiet, and best part— free! Plenty of outlets

I enjoyed this, well I don't know if enjoyed is the right word, but needed might be. We got to the airport super early and needed a spot to just sit relax and charge our phones, snacks and food are really close by making this a really good place to just hang out for a few while waiting for a flight
