They are cheating people with change departure time. I hope they are selling extra tickets. And They change departure time. But they fly in time. It is for avoiding to over sold. We are 7 people staying at airport. 3 kids/ infant. They donโt care about staying at hotel.

my flight got cancelled and they handled it perfectly. Usually they would just leave you stranded but we were provided with a hotel and a new flight the next day

If I can put no star I will do it. This is the first time plane breaks down with passengers on board, the Delta Airlines. at same time they lost your bag

This isn't a Delta review...there are no 3-star airlines in the US much less 5-star... but Anthony and Alex did an excellent job getting us rerouted with minimal hassle after a frustrating morning dealing with Delta through the app. The flights themselves were typical, no muss no fuss. Again, Anthony and Alex at Delta Buffalo-Niagara, FIVE STARS. Delta itself not so much.

Three of my friends and I flew out of Buffalo,NY and Delta overbooked the flight, held everyone up for over an hour trying to get people to take a later flight for a nice payment. Finally got about 15 people to do so then let everyone else board. Because of the delay we missed our connecting flight in Georgia, was put on stand by for another flight 3 hours later. Then no one would give us any information if we were even going to be able to get on this flight until everyone in the lobby was on board. We called the airline directly and were told to try and enjoy our trip and when we got back to contact customer service because she could only give us 5,000 miles and they would be able to do better for the trouble. It took them 2 weeks to get back to me and 1st tried to say the delay was due to weather or mechanical then when I pointed out the facts they admitted to the overbooking but said they couldn't do anything more. Definitely NOT the customer service I remember them having years ago.
