I was a daily rider of DATTCO for almost 1 year. The service provided by them is not excellent, but, it is very punctual and reliable. You could rely on the schedule on any weather condition. The summation of all delays at SRTA for 1 year was about 20~30 minutes, which is great. Some passengers may make the drive hard for you by putting on loud music (even with headsets on, you can hear what they are listening to), eating food inside the bus, or none-stop talking during the 1.5 hour~2.5 hour drive. Luckily, phone calls are limited in the bus. The bus has power outlets, which is great if you want to work with your laptop during the way. The free internet connection is very slow and you probably should rely on your cell data. Last but not least, the drivers of DATTCO (Boston-Fairhaven) were very friendly, polite, patient, and understanding. I always enjoyed watching the scenery from the window during the drive to Boston.

I've never had a bad experience with this company. Smooth ride every time. I've always arrived to South station on time to catch my flight or bus to my next destination. The interior is always clean and there's a pleasant scent. I feel comfortable closing my eyes to take a quick nap because the bus driver will get us there safely from my experience.

Before the pandemic, I used Dattco buses (New Bedford-Boston) several times a year. The service it provided was reliable. The buses ran on time, drivers were polite. Drivers are still friendly and patient, but there are not enough buses on the road. I understand there is covid-19 and gasoline prices are rising. But I miss a couple of extra buses on a daily schedule.

Super easy- I've only traveled once so far, but very impressed. Easy online ticket purchase, and it downloads immediately. Very very friendly driver, safe, on-time, clean (but older), roomy, outlets and wifi work well, free bike storage underneath, and convenient schedule from Boston-New Bedford.

I have tool this bus many times and I really have no complaints. I took it for 4 months everyday back and forth from fairhaven to Boston and the drivers where always cool and respectful and the prices are cheap. I recommend.
