This gym has a nice setup with plenty of equipment from free weights to machines and cardio, but it’s so overcrowded that it’s almost impossible to get a decent workout in. On top of that, the gym etiquette here is terrible. People constantly leave weights all over the place or loaded on machines, and I’ve seen way too many members walk away without wiping anything down. It’s messy, frustrating, and honestly pretty disgusting. I ended up canceling my membership because it just wasn’t worth dealing with all that.

Crunch Cape Coral is an awesome gym! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. One of their trainers, Angelo, gave me an amazing workout—he was very knowledgeable about my goals and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Typical "bro" gym. Tried to overlook the large amount of people recording for TikTok or whatever. A good amount of equipment is rusted, not fully functional, and very clearly not well taken care of. I gave this gym three solid tries before I just couldn't go back. This gym did not meet my needs due to the failing equipment, incredibly loud environment, the lack of cleanliness, and the volume of people cluttering equipment. I have gone in personally to cancel my membership twice with different responses each time, without being able to cancel said membership. The first time I was told that I would have to pay one full month in advance to cancel. Second time, I would need to wait full 90 days per my contract, then come back in person to cancel. I haven't used my membership in over two weeks, yet I am required to pay two more months of membership fees, as well as an additional annual membership fee! When signing up online, I had already paid for my first month and a prorated annual fee. This gym is a scam, and you certainly do not get what you pay for. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Crunch has been in my life for the past 4 years and joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made - I went from client to trainer and joined the best team I’ve ever worked with.
