On April 21 we took a flight to Cucuta Colombia from Austin Texas, I have never experienced such great customer service in all my years of flying. Not only at check-in, but on flight and when we came off the plane for the first and final time. Everyone was so nice and courteous with us. We did run into a small problem, the person that was flying with me his electric wheelchair could not be put on the plane since they couldn't fold the seat to put on the plane. But other than that everyone was alsome, loved every moment of the flight. Jessica has been so helpful with everything that has been happening since we had to leave the electric wheelchair behind. Lovely ppl. No other airline has been this accommodating as Copa airlines was and continue to do so. Thank you very much for all y'all do, God bless. I wish y'all would have more flights to the places I have to go to. Thank y'all. Thank y'all very much words can't express how much we appreciate all your hard work.

I was not impressed with the service Copa airlines rendered on its flight from Panama to Austin. They have an additional security stance at the gate even though you have already gone through an airport screening. This doesn’t allow you to bring any liquids purchased at the airport. That is fine if your onboard provided enough refreshments for a 5 hour flight. I would’ve expected at least 2. Unfortunately they only had 1 meal serve with refreshment so only got about 6 onz of water for the entire flight. The meal serve although it was during lunch time was a “breakfast” I guess this is their way of cutting costs. This was the second breakfast on a 12 hour journey from Uruguay. Disappointment doesn’t begin to describe if all you’ve had to eat in 12 hours is what is shown below.

COPA airlines is a complete joke. They stranded us in Panama for 24 hours on our way from Austin to Peru and gave us a hotel without functioning AC as our only compensation. They told us to be at the hotel to take their bus to the airport at 5:30 and didn’t come pick us up until 7:30. They overbook every flight they sell and ruined day 1 of our trip to Peru without adjustments to accommodate paying for our inconvenience, hotel cancellation, and plans in Lima that we had to cancel. 0/5 stars I will never fly them again.

Do not fly copa unless you want trouble Charged extra at desk and then after checking us in we had trouble at security so they charged us another 50 for name change even after it was there fault letting us through ….. then to top it off they take off and land like if something Vicious is after them …… maybe go take lessons from American Airlines … 😉

Worst airport experience ever on par with Atlanta crud show. TSA pre-check moves away from clear near the American gates guest people sending folks all over the flipping airport and extremely rude when trying to lodge a complaint about this craziness. If you are flying from any gates higher than 15 and want BOTH pre-check AND Clear you have to go to the furthest end near international. Complete PITA. One day they will hire a real airport administrator who can get this place working in an efficient manner.
