BED BUGS. ROOM 116 HAS BED BUGS. My family and I stayed here one night and I woke up with several bites on my stomach, arms, and chest. I have experience with bed bugs and know exactly what the bites feel and look like. I feel like an idiot because I noticed some faint dark marks on the comforter on my pull-out sofa but thought they might have been mascara stains. Wishful thinking and denial because I desperately didn't want it to be true and just wanted a good night's sleep. I also thought it was a good sign that the mattress was covered in plastic. What a fool I've been. The presence of the plastic wrap proves that the hotel knows there is a bug issue but negligently still books guests in the room. I feel so disgusting and regret not trusting my instincts. ROOM 116 HAS BED BUGS.

We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Sierra Vista and had a generally positive experience. The room was well-appointed, with a spacious bathroom and a full-size refrigerator, which was a nice touch. The bed was medium-firm, and the huge TV was a highlight. However, there were some areas for improvement. The front desk had a long line, and it took 15 minutes to get more toilet paper. We had to ask the breakfast staff for assistance, which they kindly provided. Housekeeping was only available upon request with a 24-hour notice, which was inconvenient. The garbage can was too small for room service every 3 days. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, except for one front desk staff member who seemed overly intrusive and dishonest. On the other hand, the housekeeper and breakfast staff were kind and accommodating. Gabi, the breakfast staff, was fantastic. The hotel's breakfast options were good, especially the bacon, but the selection was inconsistent one morning. The hotel's modern decor was a nice touch, although there were some minor issues with paint chips and the elevator. One downside was the large number of children staying at the hotel, likely due to a local baseball tournament. The outdoor bench at the front entrance was a pleasant spot to sit and enjoy the weather. Overall, it's a good hotel with some minor quirks.

A very clean and safe place to stay. They have 24 hour surveillance and the most attentive and friendly staff. Perfect conditions for pets (no carpet and the beds were boxed off underneath). This is the only pet friendly hotel I've stayed at that had a special "Pets in room" do not disturb sign. Breakfast was good. They were always switching up between bacon and sausage, new cereals and new waffle flavors. The coffee machine and the latte/ hot chocolate machine were available to use 24/7. The outdoor pool and spa were great for hot days and cold mornings and nights. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with a long stay or a 1 night stay.

Place was extremely clean and all the people were very friendly and wanted to help. The breakfast was very tasty. I accidentally left a bag and they offered to ship it to me. So very kind!! I highly recommend this hotel in Sierra Vista

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting my son at the base. The room was nice and spacious. We had 2 queen beds and a couch. The breakfast was decent. I enjoyed the pastries and Almond milk. The eggs and bacon, sausage was your normal hotel breakfast. The hotel was only 25 mins from the base, so that was convenient. The only negative was the shower water pressure was low and the ac had a funky smell when it turned on. Also, the wifi went out and we had no TV for one of the nights. That is no fault of the hotel though. I would stay here again when visiting Sierra Vista.
