The people that work there don’t care. They don’t answer the phones. They organize paper clips in front of you as your trying to have a conversation with them regarding the matter. System is broken. Nobody wants to help. They send you back and forth to different buildings because they don’t want the workload as if it’s not their job. Not professional and they need to prioritize the tax payers who fund there jobs. Management need to audit their employees and evaluate if they’re even qualified. Questioning why I even try to go in person because they don’t answer the phones either.

This court operates like it simply DOES NOT CARE about the people it serves. You can sit in the lobby forever with no acknowledgment. If your issue isn’t straightforward, you’re handed a packet and sent away. I watched a woman in a wheelchair — who looked like she was struggling to afford food — get hit with an additional percentage fee on top of her ticket, with zero compassion or flexibility. This isn’t about ‘policy’ or ‘being busy’ — it’s about a culture of indifference and leadership that allows it.

very disappointing. they only picked up the phone after 6 calls. the woman was very nice once they did pick up, but they imply through the phone line that they perform marriages, and they do not. take the trip to bisbee instead of wasting your time here.

I’m right there with everybody that states they don’t answer their phones my registration in suspended and can’t have the suspension lifted until I get a hold of them. Over a tint being to dark was the reason for getting pulled over I motioned the court to explain that my windows are factory tinted never received a paper ticket stating that. They just suck period. Next I’m filing a complaint with the higher up. Filing. Complaint with the court commission on justice court I’m tired of getting the run around….

Currently trying to get a restraining order against someone and the constable just refuses to do her job. I called multiple police departments and spoke to a DA who told me she’s more than capable of sending off papers and they were very confused why she’s telling me she can’t? She claims it’s because she “doesn’t have a fax machine” and that I “need to hire a private processor,” even though my tax dollars are paying her right now. I’ve never seen someone in a government position be so complacent in domestic violence. I feel scared for other women like me who try to take a case here against their abuser and are not helped when they’re in danger.
