Loved the experience! Blaine was Amaing! Super funny! Super goofy! Super energetic! Will definitely be coming back to hang out with some good friends again!

So much fun! My husband and I are super competitive, and this was the perfect new way for us to challenge each other, lol! We’ll definitely be back to try the escape rooms!

Spent a few hours here with my girlfriend for the Zombie Escape Room and we were greeted by Blaine, a really nice and welcoming general manager who was easy to talk to and very social with us up front. We moved to the escape room and met The Butler, Mac who helped ensure our experience was the best possible one we could have from the start. The experience itself is VERY intense, but incredibly fun and engaging and really makes you use your problem and puzzle solving skills. Destiny kept us on our toes the ENTIRE time and really helps take the entire experience to the next level. Minus one star only because they were working with limited staffing at the time so there was a little waiting but all in all, would absolutely come back. Had a great great time!

I am torn as I write this review. During a conference that I attended in San Antonio, I co-hosted a team building event for a customer. We decided that axe throwing would be fun so we decided to use Class Axe. Getting the reservation was extremely tedious. I quickly found out that this company does everything online and via email. This made getting simple questions answered VERY difficult and frustrating. On the day of the event I had some last minute questions and after calling several times and not getting a human to answer the phone… ever, I thought I would swing by and ask in person. I looked it up and their website said they opened at 10am. After running some other errands in preparation for my event, I stopped by at 11 am. I was furious when nobody was there. I called the number again and waited for about 20 mins and finally spoke to someone at a call center and got SOME of my questions answered. We arrived for our event and had to wait for several minute for the staff to finish preparing for us. Once we got going, the staff was helpful and responsive. They even allowed us a few extra minutes before their next group. All in all, everyone had a great time, but it would be nice if Class Axe offered more of a personal touch BEFORE an event. This would have made my preparations MUCH easier and stress free for this evening. If you are planning an event for the San Antonio area and are from out of town, I might suggest going in a different direction than Class Axe.
