I was greeted by Amy walking into the door. Perfect choice! You have an Outstanding Assistant Manager. I then was greeted by Selena at the front desk who was Amazing as well. Both she and Amy were very attentive during our stay Everyday for 5 days. Breakfast is Outstanding. All of the employees were great. I apologize for not remembering everyone’s names. Everything was highly appreciated and Thank you for the Exceptional Hospitality.

NOT a great experience. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional—except for the bar staff. While we were napping, someone suddenly used a key card to break into our room. We were later told it was a staff mistake! The front desk employee just reluctantly mumbled "SORRY!" The room and breakfast were average, and cleanliness was passable. We won't be returning.

I forgot my phone charger in the room and they never gave it to me. My days stays at 11/9 to 11/12 ROOM 144 I returned to the hotel to complain and spoke to the lady at the front desk, but they never gave me my cell phone charger. People, don't stay at that hotel because they steal your things and don't return them.

It was ok. Old hotel hallways smell good but the rooms are old and smell old. Breakfast was ok no fresh hot already made oatmeal.

What a great stay, from the wonderful greeting I received upon checking in, to the awesome Diana at the bar/restaurant. I can't say enough about how great this stay was. I really liked the upgraded shower hardware in my room, the large screen TV and the layout - simply awesome! I will definitely return if in the area again!!!
