It's other people that ruin things. At some point the entire culture of America began talking and texting amd filming during movies and they don't care about the other people in the room. Bring back ushers who stay in the room during the whole movie and keep people in line. The seats are extremely comfortable. And the extra concessions options are nice. The sound has issues though. It's either too loud or too quiet. The walls could use a makeover with soundproofing as I have spent many a movie listening to the soundtrack or special effects of the show next door.

always a nice experience at the theater, even if the selection of movies isn't always the best. they have an arcade in the waiting area and plenty of snack options. pricy of course, like most theaters, but it's a nice option for something to do in Sierra Vista.

Enjoyed TRON Ares. Out of popcorn butter packets. Good idea bag to hold combo. Condiments obtainable but harder to get because I must request them instead of taking them from a container. I guess others grabbed too many for us to be trusted. Besides, we know how awfully expensive Mustard & salt is. So it's in packets which I must request in person. Cinemark app is good, but pre-ordering food left off request for Mustard and salt. It ain't the 1970's anymore folks.

"Decent theatre with great service" I've been going here with my wife since we moved into town. Never had any issues with the staff, concessions, and seating. Sometimes, the theatres can be either extremely cold or hot. There never seems to be a nice in-between.

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to ring me up on snacks. Was completely ignored while the employee continued to fill popcorn buckets for an order that wasn’t there. Didn’t say she’d be right with me or that she even saw me. Easily the worst customer service I’ve had at this theater. They are normally top notch, but this was just ridiculous. I guess I’ll just start being my own snacks🤷
