First time at the movies being pregnant, as soon as we walked up to the ticket booth I knew it was going to be a bad experience. The ticket lady didn't greet us or say a single word until telling us "theatre 2 to your right" after scanning my mobile tickets. Get in get seated and a couple who sat down after me and my fiance was asked about ordering before us when it should have been in order. Fine whatever place the order my fiance wants coffee it's lovely they are going to make some fresh for him but then when our food comes out they say it's still brewing which is fine but because of that they don't bring me my soda. When they finally do my food is cold and the soda has no syrup in it. Ask them to remake the food and hook up a new syrup. Cool, drink fixed but my food is covered in so much salt it caked my fingers just touching my fries, it was intentionally oversalted because I asked for a remake. Had to leave my movie to go speak with the kitchen and miss some of my new predator movie. Absolutely horrible experience they pretended to comp the chicken tenders meal and added it back to the bottom of the tab. I wasn't expecting it to be fully comped but at least a free soda refill or something would have been nice. Completely horrible experience horrible staff.

I usually love this location but I had the worst experience today. I arrived about 2 minutes into the movie and hurried to my seat. A server was at the end of my row taking an order so I waited for her to take mine but she just left. She came back multiple times and served everyone else around me with great attention but never checked on me. I tried multiple times to get her attention but she only checked on others then hurried back out of the theatre. I pressed the call button several times but no one came and I don’t even know if it was working. I was not even able to get the attention of other servers because I did not want to be too loud and disrupt the film. Instead I just went without food or drink for the entire film while others were carefully attended to. Worst experience I’ve ever had here and I’m seriously considering switching my go to movie place even though I enjoy cinema cafe for the prices and proximity to me.

Cinema Cafe at Greenbrier Mall is a fantastic place to catch a movie and enjoy a great meal all in one! The theater is clean, cozy, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The seats are super comfortable with plenty of space to relax, and the in-theater dining experience makes it even better. The menu offers a good variety of food and drinks, and everything I’ve tried has been fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes sure you’re taken care of throughout the movie. It’s such a unique experience compared to traditional theaters—perfect for a date night or a fun outing with friends or family. Highly recommended!

We had a small pop corn, teriyaki chicken wings, and the deluxe nachos. Definitely order your food right away. We got our food fast and the servers were amazing. The only thing I will say is the movie was a little louder than usual. Overall, great experience!

My girlfriend and I visited from New York and had such a great experience here! The theater itself is clean, cozy, and has super comfortable reclining seats that made the movie so enjoyable. The food was excellent, way better than we expected for a movie theater, and it really made the night feel special. I also want to give a big shoutout to the manager, Kait. She was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and the overall experience. Her professionalism and kindness stood out and definitely left us with a great impression. We’ll absolutely be coming back next time we’re in town!
