I had never used an off-airport parking before but decided to give this a go when we were going to need to park our car for 3 weeks. I will never park at the airport again! Here are the things I loved about using Park 'N Go: 1) They help you find an available spot when you come in...that's helpful! How long does it take to drive up and down the lanes in the airport lots just to find a spot?! 2) The shuttle picks you up and drops you off AT your car...didn't even know this could be a thing but holy cow is this amazing, especially with a husband on crutches and a 1-year old in tow! 3) The shuttle driver helps you get your bags on the shuttle...truly invaluable, especially given our fact pattern this past trip 4) The shuttles run WAY more frequently than the shuttles to the airport lots 5) There are PEOPLE there to help. I will never forget not being able to get into one of the airport lots for whatever reason and trying to use the help button. Not only was the woman who answered rude, she was completely useless and we ended up having to buy parking for another lot. At Park 'N Go, there are FRIENDLY people there to help if you have an issue 6) The price was unbeatable So glad we found this hidden gem. Please don't change a thing!!!

Charlotte Park n Go is the best choice in airport parking. They are reasonably priced. They pick you up at your vehicle and help with your luggage. After we picked up our luggage from our return flight, we waited around 3 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. The driver dropped us off at our vehicle and loaded our luggage for us. Everyone was kind and helpful. I will use them exclusively going forward.

The crew at Park n’ go are phenomenal. We always use them when we fly. But the last time we were there, my wife lost her purse (& our keys) on our flight. The Park n’ go team helped navigate the tow truck driver to our vehicle and didn’t charge us any overage for the car leaving late. It brought a little bit of light into a bad situation.

Very convenient getting to this facility for shuttle service to the airport. The whole process went smoothly with very helpful and friendly staff. From the time I parked, there were no delays to get me to the terminal - I could not have parked in CLT decks and gotten there faster. I will update the review on my return with how pick up goes. From what I have seen in the past, their shuttles come through frequently for pickups - thats why I am trying them now (also, a flight attendant was on my shuttle - she said it was the best CLT option, especially during holiday travel). Update on pick-up: shuttles come through frequently and do not wait to fill up. I boarded the shuttle within 5 minutes of walking up to the pickup area and the driver loaded my bags for me. We left for the off-site parking immediately. Great service - no complaints.

Wonderful operation. Very friendly, fast and easy. The shuttle driver called ahead and our car was pulled out and waiting, doors open. On a 1 to 5 scale they are a 10.
