I agree with Chase's comment. This is unbelievably stupid and complicated. I just want to pay my ticket and leave it to government to make it nearly impossible to do so. Hilarious to me how the deputy that pulled me over made an illegal u-turn in traffic, sped up faster than I was driving, then tailgated me, THEN turned on his lights, all for driving 11mph over the limit.

Yes, I am giving a one star. Although the people inside were nice and easy there are many angles to the story. First off I feel they intentionally make it difficult to pay your ticket. I think there is in-fact an online payment option but it is not easy to find (don’t trust my money will get to the right person). The only other ticket I’ve had to pay was in Arizona and it was straightforward and simple online as it was directly on the ticket itself. I shouldn’t have to search through 15 different webpages and go downtown to pay a simple traffic ticket. Not to mention they only accept cash for payment. So you have to pay a ATM fee on top of your payment. Secondly there isn’t any free parking as far as I could see. So I parked in a two hour free parking spot. Only 5-10 minutes after paying my traffic ticket I come to a parking ticket on my car. At least get someone to make the online experience better/free parking at the court. Perhaps I missed some things that could had made the overall experience better. I just think it’s all predatory and a cash grab.

This place doesn't even know their own laws. They dont do what is legally required of them, and they constantly pass blame between each other. Everyone is always frustrated and all the employees dont care so long as you get away from their window. If I could legally get away without paying them money, a smarter investment would be lottery tickets. The most displeasure I have ever had dealing with the subhuman ingrates called "hoosiers".

Have to go here whenever even a minor thing might change and risk getting a new charge added that no other felony has to deal with. It's not a system of justice its a corrupt corporation bent on making money and giving off the illusion of safety. Violates many human rights yet gets away with it.

I showed up on time at the right place, had I not they would have issued a warrant for my arrest. When the officer issuing the ticket fails to show they issue a continuance to allow him another chance to appear.
