I got the 4 main games package and I have to say it was by far the smoothest experience I could’ve had learning everything. Everyone is very patient and knowledgeable about every game you’re being taught. Brian teaching craps will make sure you know every little bit about the game and won’t leave you on an island by yourself to figure everything out. Jose teaching roulette made roulette way more simpler than I thought it every would be and made all the math seem so easy compared to how it looks. I made some great connections throughout my time at the school and the owners (Alex and David) even helped get me into a casino to start working and build my experience. If I had to redo it I’d be right back at CEG learning everything all over again.

A lot of these reviews are conflated due to the charisma of the owner and many clients simply being fans of the YouTube channel. This school has exceptional dealers that are not simply there for a paycheck and show genuine passion for the games they teach. If you're looking to be skilled at the craft, you will be pleasantly surprised by the depth in some of these lessons and you will not be lead astray as long as you don't listen to the other dealers (people like to teach when they too are learning, always check with your Instructor!). When David actually shows up for a lesson or isn't taking a phone call, he is a very engaging and rather charming teacher, which is something you should pay attention to if you ever work somewhere you keep your own tips. You can FEEL the passion he has for Craps and he even has some more progressive lessons you won't be taught at other places (keeping yourself square to the table so you don't screw up your back.) Overall, he is an extraordinary Craps instructor and you'll notice it more and more as you progress through the industry and witness a lot of Dealers who simply don't care enough or are very lazy. The reason this review is rated the way it is even though I have such good things to say is simply because some Dealers receive more attention and more opportunities than others and there is a clear presence of nepotism (which, ironically, is in the exact industry they prepare you for). You will never be sabotaged and they follow through on (most) of their promises, but if you aren't as sociable or show impressive skills early, you will be have a lesser experience than those who perform better or build a bigger rapport with the Owner, which should not be the case in a privately owned company. Overall, if you're simply trying to learn the craft, this is a fantastic place to start or even improve your trade, but expect some false promises and carrots on the end of sticks if you're ambitious.

I started the course for Craps/Dice in January 2025 and with personal scheduling conflicts and the inability to go to school consistently, which really is a must when attempting to learn, study, and practice effectively, I wasn’t getting very far UNTIL… I went on CEG’s official website and discovered that the entire curriculum has been assembled and is available for purchase. The instructor David painstakingly created content and videos that are literally second to none. There are countless websites, YouTube videos and books out there, but this is the only program you need to learn from and be on your way to becoming a great Craps/Dice dealer. There is nothing that isn’t covered by David in the content and videos and the videos can be watched any time, as many times as needed, allowing you to learn at your pace, how you see fit. His 35+ years of knowledge is the equivalent of getting the Art of War straight from Sun Tzu himself. Also, for what you’re getting and what you will learn and carry throughout your career, he is practically giving it away and that is a gift. Bottom line is, the CEG Nexus Craps course has helped me exponentially and I am now on my way to being a Craps dealer. David, THANK YOU. You have given me and I’m positive, so many other people, a great gift.
