My daughter and I were scammed with fake tickets from SeatGeek for a show and the box office was so accommodating and helped us get seats at the last minute to enjoy the show. It was such kind and caring service, above and beyond. I'm so appreciative that we could still enjoy the event!

Adam was helpful. The Ticket Office Business practices are absurd. I went to the Denver Center of the Performing Arts Ticket Office to buy tickets for the Nutcracker and Christmas Carol, both presented in the DCPA. Turns out, every theater has their own ticket office. It is of course very inconvenient when you're standing there, quite inconvenient. Poor Adam gave me the number for the ballet, option 2, no answer. I won't be going this year. If their goal is to raise money, if their goal is to perform, if their goal is to make a profit, one simple rule: Always be prepared to take your customer's money. For the proprietor, and for the customer. Have you ever been made to wait to pay your bill at a restaurant and no-one is at the register for a couple of minutes and you are literally trying to pay them money? Same thing, only more inconvenient.

I have been a DCPA subscriber for years and have frequently taken advantage of the ability to change dates for any performance which requires a call to the ticket office. Without fail, the ticket office individuals are always super helpful and courteous, great customer service!
