Jake the manager of the ticket office was super helpful with issues regarding season tickets and mask mandates. He was able to accommodate us with our season tickets really happy with his customer service.

I had an issue with my account. I called the BSU ticket office and they resolved it in 5 minutes. Excellent service.

I did not know we can’t get in if we are late. I got out of work later than I thought but since my family visited here for the first time, I still wanted to take them to the game. We got there 10 minutes before the game over, I understand it was late but the game was still going, however the security told us we couldn’t go in anymore because it’s almost finished. I don’t mind if wasting my money and time. But it was just not fair for my family.
