Love this place. My co-workers & I went tubing, & we had a BLAST!!! Allen & the rest if the tubing crew made our time here so memorable. The views from the top are just spectacular. Would definitely visit again when I'm in Boise.

Best wishes getting to speak to a live person. Most phone calls get routed through several choices where you are then met with a recorded message to try again during business hours, regardless of which extension you tried. My call was at 11 am on a Tuesday. There are no options to leave a voicemail for a call back. Your best bet is to message the mountain account on Facebook where it is actually monitored. Major kudos to the individuals that run the social media and help get information out to those who need it

The staff was very helpful giving us information about Bogus Basin as it was our first visit. The ticket office is off-site from the skiing area. Our family enjoyed our first visit to the mountain. They had areas for all abilities to ski and the views are beautiful!

Just bought season passes and talked with general administration with a couple questions. Extremely rude person on the other line. We have skied Bogus for years with our 6 kids and I just had a couple general questions. Shocking and disappointing, hopefully not a sign of our next year on the mountain. π’

I want to support our local mountain but an hour in to waiting in line and only option to do the activities costs $79/ person and not all of them are even open. I asked if there was a more affordable option for kids that wanted to add on the climbing wall to the coaster and the ropes course, and I was told there was not. I asked if I could pay per activity and that would be cheaper, and she said that was not an option.
