Used the traditional ticket system, had to transfer vehicle registration so I wasn't able to use the electronic interface. Waited less than 5 minutes and was able to complete the transfer in less time than that. Location has a good layout, staff is efficient and friendly. Was no hassle throughout the process.

The customer service on the phone was incredible. During the COVID-19 situation I needed to get my car registered and for certain reasons had to do it in person. However, I was also under a time constraint so my options were limited and I ended up needing to schedule an appointment two hours away! I called customer service as a last resort to ask about the process of mailing in my information as I wasn’t super confident about the online information, and they were amazing. Sadly I don’t remember her name, but the woman that I spoke to was so informative and helpful and walked me through the process very patiently. It didn’t feel like she was rushing to get to the next person or annoyed by my questions. She was so willing to help and went above and beyond trying to help me. It was completely worth the wait time on hold.

Showed they were open but they weren't when I arrived and I had to go to this specific branch because they wouldn't Mail me my documents that they told me they would mail. So now I have to wait till I have a free day again to waste a 3rd time for something I should have had in my mail box a month ago.

I wouldnt even leave 1 star. They dont care about disabled people or their families. I tried to get a handicap plate for my mother after they gave her a paper to fill out bring it back to them and they denied me to get it for her like why the hell did you have me have her fill it out. We almost got a ticket for just having a thing for the window. You guys should be ashamed. I'm very disappointed.
