A great hotel! All the front desk staff were very personable and professional. The hotel is extremely clean...newer carpet, paint etc...its is well managed and taken care of. Breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of different selections and the best coffee machine offering really good espresso, cappuccino, all different coffees at different strengths and flavors. Best one I've ever seen. Beds were really comfortable and the room was very clean and quiet. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I stayed at this hotel for some 30 days and overall I thought it was great. The service was friendly and helpful anytime I had an issue. However, after staying there without issue for a number of weeks, I had my sheets changed out and low and behold when I was going to bed the next night to my horror I found that there was a dead bed bug that had clearly bitten me the night before. So be warned, though I had no issues for weeks and quite liked the hotel and staff. I have to warn you to check your sheets and make sure there are no bugs waiting for you.

What a great experience compared to the previous hotel I booked the previous night next door. This Best Western hotel is fresh & clean, inside & out. It has lovely westerly views of the mountains & is only 5 min from Ft Huachuca. The staff is very nice and pleasantly helpful. The bedding was excellent. The bathroom was very clean & newly renovated. I highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay again if I visit again..

Right outside of Fort Hauchuca's front gate. Great location. Wonderful firepit on property, heated pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast included in your stay. Staff was helpful and attentive. Rooms are clean, beds were comfortable.

Mark (night shift) is the BEST hotel employee I have ever interacted with. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in hotels all over the country. Mark is hands-down the best clerk I have ever talked to. Very helpful. Very understanding of tired travelers.
