Xavier’s customer service is TOP of the line! Imagine that! Going into best buy and having the best customer experience, Xavier was friendly used an upbeat tone and was ENGAGED! I felt Valued as a customer! Xavier’s positive attitude and customer service oriented work ethic really made my day! I will be making this Best Buy my main location to visit I’m simply wowed! This store is clearly managed well and trains it's staff. Might be the only electronics store I've been to that seems to really appreciate their customers. Best Buy has always exceeded my expectations. Each time I come to this store , the sales floor has plenty of employees and they all let you know they are here if you need them without pestering you to buy something. I bought a SONY TV from Devin, young man was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made the whole experience pleasant and stress free. Thanks for making this purchase easy. re/r.stark

I went in thinking I knew what I was getting. I was approached by a team member who was very quick to help. Levi took his time to go over a few options and explain differences between the tablets I was looking at. Ultimately he helped me decide on a new Samsung tablet and my son absolutely loves it! The best ,they have kind of televisions you could want and all sizes. They had exactly what I was looking for!! The young man that waited on us was wonderful, he very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't catch his name, there are two initials on the ticket he me looks like S B or J B. The young at the door was good also.

The store was clean, but it lacked associates. I stood in front of the meta glasses case for 10 minutes waiting for acknowledgement. I finally got a cashier who had been ringing up another customer. These stores need more employees in order to give excellent customer service. The associates are working the job of 3 people and barely getting paid for one! Do better by your associates and the customers will come and come back!
