    This airline is horrible. They refuse to be truthful. They are hostile, lacking any ability to de-escalate the conflict while actually causing escalation (insult to injury). Customer Service training is needed . #The Right Fit would be great at training employees on social skills in corporate America . We’ve gone from mechanical to weather related issues. Said airport in Nassau is closed. Only for us to log in and watch planes landing and the airport wasn’t closed as they made an opposite announcement .

    Unfriendly. Too much time for baggage drop off. No structure. Flight delayed, what could happen for sure, but bad communication and information at the gates. 3 monkeys could have done the job much better, than the hole crew of Bahamas Air at this airport.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. As a Bahamian, I like to support and take the airline that I grew up with back and forth to the Bahamas, but Bahamasair is HORRIBLE. Our 🛩 going to Nassau for 10am got in after 12pm causing us to be late for our car rental. Good thing my mom text the company to update our status, and we grateful we still had a car to get. This threw our quick trip off as my mom had a very important appointment for 12:30, and she missed it due to Bahamasair delays. NOTE:DO NOT PLAN ANYTHING IMPORTANT IF YOU FLYING WITH Bahamasair. YOU'LL BE LATE AND MISS EVERYTHING! Then on the day we leaving, I got an email at 12:54pm stating that our flight time change to 7:30pm, but the original flight was 5:30pm. 2 hrs..you think we gone? Nope! We watch the plane coming in at 7:18, and by time as we got on, it was well after 8. The Bahamians reps only could say "We apologize for any inconvenience caused." That should be their new slogan because they ALWAYS saying that. I promise myself last year, I wouldn't fly with them anymore when my flight was for 5:30, and I didn't get home until after 10:30pm. Then they compensated us with a $50 voucher for the next ticket, like that makes up for lost time😑 I mean this with my chest when I say I wouldn't fly with Bahamasair even if their tickets were free! Worst airline and it's sad that its the Bahamas line.

    Flight delayed 90 minutes and they didn’t tell us to keep us captive. Said the flight was full, but less than 50% occupancy. We sat on the plane at the gate with the hot miami sun blazing through the windows with no A/C for 40 minutes. We were not allowed to lower the shades due to takeoff regulations ( we were stuck at the gate 😂) Third world airlines for third world country. Never again. Paid $350 a ticket for 7 tickets a month ago. This morning they were $150. Lucky me. Now we are rolling and still no A/C. Should have dresses in my bathing suit. 😡 Should have booked a different airline. Can’t wait to feel the frustration on the island.

    DO.NOT.FLY. DO.NOT.FLY. Bahamasair has to the WORST airline when it comes to delays. Year after year they experience massive delays during critical holiday times with little or no resolution to its passengers. DO NOT FLY BAHAMASAIR. you will be highly disappointed and your money that you spent on a hotel and rental car will go to waste.
