It’s been 2 months and I haven’t heard anything about my benefits there is no way to get hold of anyone is there really unemployment department anymore

Terrible customer service! There is no option to get anyone on the phone. Just looped automated voices & prompts. Super frustrating when you actually need to speak to someone because the automated system cant help or solve certain issues!

I had the DES office in Tucson fax my application to the office in Phoenix and both times I was told they never received my application so a month and a half ago I sent it by mail and I still haven't heard anything from them this place is pathetic I don't know how anybody ever files for unemployment in Arizona because it's just about impossible

Cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. You send in your paperwork online nobody reviews in the the timeframe they give you to complete it. They deny yout benefits based on that. Then you go through the entire appeals process. Get yout benefits renewed because it was THEIR error. And you think everything is resolved. Just to not get yout benefits the following month. Even though it says your case is active. And still cant get a hold of anyone on the phone.
