They need to hire better securities with experience. They just be chilling on theirs phones and let slide short cutters its just crazy that 3 security can't kept it moving or in order .

The least stressful experience at a Social Service office. Of course there was a wait, but that's always to be expected. Security could be a bit friendlier but the worker whom assisted me was the best. I can imagine how exhausted she may have been by the time I reached her after waiting for an hour in line but she has a smile and a upbeat conversation. The world would be a better place with workers like her in all establishments.

The lady’s here are rude and helpless. The only one that actually helps is the lady at the middle desk the rest don’t help much they just have you wait for hours just to tell you there’s not much they can do about your case.

0/10. 1 star because I can’t give it 0. I have gone there a countless amount of imes to talk to someone and they say I have to call the number because they can’t do anything there in office. I’ve called the support number over and over again and it keeps saying the same thing” due to extremely high call volume we cannot answer(or something along those lines)” I’ve called right when it opens and it says the same thing, I called throughout the day and it says the same thing. This is ridiculous, what’s the point of the office being open if you can’t talk to anyone, and what’s the point of calling the number if no one ever answers??? They need to do better because this is horrible.
