Nice Facility, The staff was very friendly. They processed my application ASAP and they call me on the phone while I was still there at the location. They are very prompt. They are very clean. They are very friendly and they do their job. Well, I recommend this economic office security. And the security is top-notch. They make you feel safe and sound They keep ordering have plenty of security officers thank your staff fir keeping us safe and thease trouble times But we also must remember that God keeps us safe first.Amen. Went later than I expected to(4:15) & they were open for another 45 minutes. Not only was I able to do what I needed but my SNAP benefits were expedited due to the my situation. Thankfully I had someone who was not only proficient at her job, but also seemed to care that I had everything else I needed & not just what I asked for. I only wished I had got her name so I could give her the Kudos she deserves! Thank you kindly ma'am. -Motorcyle guy.

As long as you do your application online or complet it ahead of time when you get it in the mail, the proccess gos farly fast. Plus completing your application at your local library is also an option since they can make copys of things for you to send in.

Everytime I come here they seem to be getting busier and busier. Today there was no available chairs to sit down and people were standing around everywhere. When I arrived they were on number 128 and I had number 145. I've been sitting for almost an hour already and it's 3 numbers away from mine. There seems to be trash sitting under the seats all over the place. And the lady who checks you in was pretty rude today. The workers are moving at a snails pace when usually they get through the numbers fairly quickly.

Horrible Service went in for Emergency Nutrition Benefits an they approved me for emergency benefits. Only for the First month an then Didn't change any of my information that I wrote down on the Application. So now it's 6 days past due date of me receiving my Food Stamps an it's very difficult. I can't understand how they can't communicate an process an emergency application for Nutrition benefits SMH. Literally homeless as of last month an I apply for emergency help an they won't even answer the phone. This will be my Third time going all the way 4 miles to their office an wait for hours in line for them to Not give me Help that I need SMH these people should know what their doing here an Shouldn't be messing with people's lives . I pray that this time everything gets taken care of because it's 112 degrees outside an I have Epilepsy it's hard to walk just to get help . I'm looking for a job an have already completed numerous applications.
