I am disappointed in the service I have received from the SBA. I was told I have to use the SBA in the county that I will be opening a business. I spoke to the staff at the location in Ocean County, they took forever to get back to me then passed me onto the staff in Mercer county. The staff in Mercer county promised they would help me and I was very excited. I gave them my business plan and they said an advisor would get in touch with me. It has been well over a month and I still have not heard back from anyone. I have talked to other small business owners and they too have had the same issue. It is sad that an agency funded by the government is not doing its job. They do not deserve 1 star but it wouldn't let me post without it.
