I've been here recently with my mom. Every time it's different, people who work there . This pasted time, the workers seemed friendly and nice . We've done( " ship to store ") for pick up, which is great! I like shopping at American Eagle they have awesome clothes. Great quality, and when the new stuff comes out in a few short weeks, it will be on the clearance ranks at AE . That's the best time to shop there ! Nice store, I wish they didn't close my other 2 local stores . I was mad that they closed the Auburn Mall location suddenly and same with the Solomon Pond Mall location closed suddenly. We enjoy coming here when we can .

(7/24/25) I visited AE in Blackstone today and had the best customer service I’ve had in retail for a long time. Ella was so helpful and pleasant, just a wonderful interaction. I’m sorry to say I didn’t get the young woman’s name who rung me out, but she was delightful, as well.

Went today for my gf she needed some jeans and we were having some trouble finding the right fit , but let me tell you Alexandra helped us and she was just amazing! Everyone in the store was kind but Alexandra was just so helpful so kind didn’t make you feel a certain way, anything anyone needed she went and got it. She genuinely made us feel welcomed and that we weren’t a bother! Customer service isn’t what it used to be but today it was definitely 120% ! Thank you to Alexandra and your team for all your hard work!

I went to American Eagle Outfitters today (5/24/25). I wanted to try on a pair of t-shirts for sizing reasons, and told the changing room woman she didn't have to bother with scribbling my name down on the door mirror as i'd be in an out in a few minutes. She got horribly upset for some reason, stating that this was her job. I just let it go, and said okay, with a smile. But she wouldn't let it go, and she even suggested that I'd given her a fake name. I just smiled and carried on. I'm not sure what her issues are (racist?) but I think I won't be going back to this store. She might consider a non-retail job.

Anabella was amazing! I went in the store for a pickup and I saw a lot of nice clothes so decided to try some and she was so patient and nice.
