Great flight! I was really impressed with our pilots flying back through that tropical storm we just had Sept 27, 2024. These guys were a beast! 💪. He did a great job through that nasty storm. God bless them. It was the amazing pilots that got us back to Evansville at 5:40 that day! Give them a raise! I will try my hardest to always fly American Airlines!

5:17 flight to DC (direct flight 🤨) Boarded, deplaned, waited, sent several updates to re-board x3 by AA. Very disappointing customer experience. Absolutely no offer for service recovery. Still on the plane 7:55 pm

I arrived today for my kids to travel. We had to wait for the person to reply with their address BUT I wrote the address down & the lady signing them in helped coworkers with the other people instead of getting them ready. When she finally came back to us she said well good luck making it through security now?! It was her fault. If the employees cannot handle or aren’t fully trained getting people checked in, don’t put them out there alone. We got through security for them to tell us they couldn’t go on the plane all because the lady helped everyone else’s line instead of us. She blamed the large flight. Very disappointed

On a girls’ trip to Cancun, we flew with American Airlines. On the trip there, only one of us lost their carryon bag that she was forced to check…it had all her shoes in it. She was told it would be sent to the resort. After we got home, she got a call from American Airlines asking her when she was going to pick it up…in Philadelphia!! On the return trip home 4 of us were on a separate flight, but still American Airlines. 3 of 4 of them had their luggage lost…also at Philadelphia. I will not use American again. Ever

Simply terrible. My flight yesterday was delayed so I would miss my connection so I paid for hotel. Today plane broke and heading back to terminal. Will not make connection. But I did happen to find the right person to get me alternate flights. Trip will take 14 hours but I still hope to get home today.
