I don't fly a lot but I have never been so disappointed in an airline. We had flights from Tennessee to Charlotte then to Orlando Florida. AA delayed both of our flights. The delay wasn't too bad until the first flight time only gave us about 15 minutes to get to the connector flight. The connector flight was scheduled to depart at 11:18. After running through the airport we got to the connector flight at 11:11 and the ramp was still connected to the plane however the AA worker would not let us in the plane causing us to miss the flight and having to sleep in the airport overnight. American Airline had no concern about our issues which were cause by the airline. If you are taking a trip and flying I would not recommend American Airline. At least not if you want to arrive on time. They have no refund or vouchers for hotels.

American Airlines is just not worth the money. Getting stuck overnight with no reimbursement and a money food voucher that isn’t enough to buy a sandwich

I flight in First Class because I have a disability. The service is minimal, the food, very little, our plane was almost 3 hours late, sitting on the plane with no food no possibility to sleep or rest. me and my husband lost a Conexion plane . Non excuses asked! The whole experience: very very low level.

Worst flying experience I've ever had. The plane was obnoxiously loud it's like riding in the back of a C130 without ear pro. 10/10 would not recommend. We also were greeted by unfriendly staff upon missing our flight. They got us another flight but didn't ask us if we even wanted it or if they could help us in literally any capacity. I was still standing there after she had given me the new ticket and was rudly cut in front of and the lady who handed me the ticket began conversing with her and not me. Very blatant, disrespectful employees.

Horrible experience. Almost 1 hr waiting for a gate to become available in addition waiting patiently with a beeping noise. Unacceptable, many passengers had connecting flights that would be missed. No urgency or care from the American Airlines team. Flight AA1752
