    American airline needs to pay for all the emotional stress, delays; cost of the destruction due to their plane issues. Problem is we are left with no choice. I been trying to get to Philadelphia since 3pm. First flight took us in the air for over an hour then returned to Charlotte again. Then we had to wait for new pilot team. And after another 2 hours the stewardess team was changed. we can hear the staff bickering and arguing about the incident. No one checked on the passengers. Just unprofessional
