I will NEVER fly American again! We took a short 4 day trip to Niagra Falls and are left without our luggage thanks to America Airlines. We have contacted them several times and they are in no hurry to get us our luggage. We don't have any shoes, clothes, or toiletries. Can't use the pool or hot tub because we don't have our suites. We sat on the runway for o er 30 minutes because our gate was under maintenance. Shouldn't they know this ahead of time. We were told we could shop and get all we need and they will reimburse us. We'll, it's a short trip and the last thing I want to do is go shopping all day. Terrible, just Terrible!

A the worst air line ever my aunt went to Virginia with her husband and two children The two year old wanted to go to the center aisle but the flight attendant said she couldn’t even though they were still on the ground and loading passengers as the two year old cried and cried the flight attendant started screaming at my aunt uncle and there children saying that that the would have to leave if she didn’t stop crying even though she wouldn’t let her go to the center aisle And the flight attendant eventually yelled at them on the loud speaker until the plane took off. Don’t fly on American Airlines !

Delays, Delays,… For 5 hour they not say anything. It’s not fair, Lost the vacation day for other errors. Everyone need be think before buying a ticket. Not even provided water while we wait.

I’ve never ever ever met such a careless customer service ever. Soo shady soo poor educated about customer service. Last trip on AA ever.
