Wendy is an absolute lifesaver!! Without her my $5k trip, an entire year of planning, and countless hours of scheduling our event would’ve went in the trash! Our flight from VA to NYC was on time BUT our NYC to TN flight got cancelled literal minutes before we were supposed to head to the gate. We ran downstairs to Wendy in a complete panic since we had to be in TN the next day before 7AM event time. She brainstormed alternative flights since me and my sister both needed to go but the earliest flight out only had one seat available. The initial plan was for me to get on the earliest flight while my sister spent the night in DC to go to SC THEN to TN the next morning. One panic attack later I was just relieved that one of us could go early to set up and we’d fix the others tardiness later. HERES WHERE WENDY ABSOLUTELY SAVED MY TRIP AND LIVELIHOOD!!!! She tells us to sit down for a second and goes to the back. I’m brainstorming our event options or possibly changing airlines in the meantime so we’re on the same page. She comes out after 10ish minutes with TWO TICKETS TO THE SAMW DESTINATION!!!! We weren’t together but at least we were getting to the same place at the same time together!! We hugged her neck and gave her many well wishes but I wish so badly that there was more we could’ve done to thank her. Wendy single handedly revamped my trust in American Airlines and without her we would’ve been completely screwed mentally, physically, financially, and emotionally!! Blessed be to Ms. Wendy!!!!!

Thanks to the agent who made me kneel on the ground with a torn hamstring to repack my bag that already fit in the carryon measurer. Hope you enjoyed your power trip 👍

2nd recent and if I can at all.... last time I would take any flight with American Airlines. Customer service, trash, hot trash! My blood pressure through the roof! Unbelievable!

Busy line with over 30 people waiting and American staff just leaves to go on break. Awful service, don't recommend Norfolk airport to anyone flying American

Rude employees at check in. Not so bad at boarding tho.. Definitely prefer delta. Such a pleasant experience with delta through out the years. 3 Out of 5 for American.
