This was our first time flying Allegiant Airlines from Stewart International Airport to Sanford Orlando Airport. Other than the first part of takeoff, which was noisy, it was a smooth flight. HOWEVER we were in the first row (3 A & B) and it was horrible! The seats are narrower because of the tray being in the armrest. Very tight only thin people could sit there. But the main problem was the constant odor coming from the lavatory directly in front of our seats AND the constant spraying of a strong smelling deodorizer. I ended up with a horrific migraine. Back to American!

What a pleasant surprise my recent trip with Allegiant was! I needed to fly to Orlando for a long weekend work trip and I was apprehensive about booking this budget fare, knowing that everything would be an upcharge, even carry on bags. I needn't have worried. While the service is streamlined and efficient, it is still good. The attendants were friendly and the plane was on time. Speaking of the plane, it was modern and spacious with extra wide aisle space and comfortable seats. And it wasn't a tiny little Buddy Holly killing plane either! I will definitely continue to fly Allegiant.

Always been consistent. This airlines has always been efficient and reliable. Flown with Allegiant airlines many times. Seems like the last few times there’s been delays. Not sure if it’s service or just things that are not in their control. But I will continue to fly with them. Can’t beat the company. They treat veterans very well. Thanks!!

5 stars and beyond for the agent working the counter all by herself right now! She’s still pleasant and working with a smile on face! Don’t catch her name but she deserves a raise and a bonus!

I'm pretty sure that the only people who like this airline are the employees of Spirit airlines, because Allegiant has now snagged the title of worst airline.
