Staff is usually rude. The flights are often late. Its a bad airline and I wouldn't fly it if they didn't have the direct routes I need.

Very bad airport and bad service. They took my luggage in the airline-plane and they send it down without my permission,I had my laptop in my luggage and they didn’t care . It is frustrating .

Wish all of the seats had outlets on the plane. The seats in front of the gate could also use more outlets

It's a win win when people on the otherside of the counter are PROFESSIONALS and courteous!!

"2 hours before flight we open the desk" really cause the flights in 30 minutes and no one is at the counter. Showed up late and had attitude. Do better or get a different job
