You are unable to check in without their app. It takes 20 minutes to have the people at the desk check you in. They are unable to print a boarding pass, they text you a ticket link. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SMARTPHONE YOU CANNOT FLY. Whatever management team thought they could cut costs this way, you just lost me as a customer. I thought I would give Alaska a try, never again.

Terrible service, incompetent staff, and getting stuck having to fly out via another airline. Honestly, I only fly down for Gen Con, and Indy overall has been a mixed experience. But the airport part may be the reason I decide to avoid Indy from now on.

Gate staff went above and beyond when ground crew walked off the job. We were late but we still made it due to the hard work and can do attitude of the gate crew. Thank you Chrissie and the team at Alaska in Indianapolis.
