I booked Aeromexico coming back from Puerto Vallarta thinking we would have a good experience since they are partners with Delta. Biggest mistake ever! Aeromexico is one of the worst airlines there is. As we were boarding, they told everyone that the gate was changed. No explanation why, when we asked the employees at the counter all we got was “I don’t know”, what time is the next flight? “I don’t know”, what’s the new gate? “I don’t know”. What do you know??? After waiting around for 20 minutes they finally told us the new gate number everyone runs to the new gate on the other side of the airport. When we get to the new gate the employees still had no information about the new flight. Our flight was delayed over 2 hours, people missing connecting flights and all we got from the employees is “I don’t know”. Once we were on the plane, my husband had to use the restroom. We sat in row 6 so it just made sense to use the restroom at the front of the plane. One of the flight attendants stopped him and said he could not use the restroom at the front of the plane, he had to use the one in the back. She said only business/first class can use the front restroom. WOW! I was appalled! If you didn’t sit in business/first class the flight attendants sure made you feel it with their noses up in the air acting like you’re bothering them when you asked for something. This is the last time that I will fly this airline. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This airline is the worst of the worst. I was a couple of minutes late for my flight in Mexico city due to delays at the airport security check point and they did not let me board the plane. Aeromexico made me purchase another ticket. Later I filed a complaint about it and needless to say my complaint was denied saying they were not responsible for the security check point delays. I told them they should not hold me responsible for the delay either so I was entitled to a refund but my request was denied. Many other passengers were in the same situation. Bad bad bad customer service.

Horrible customer service at the counter. I called before I booked my flights to insure flying to and from wouldn’t be a problem with my husband passport issue. They said as long as I brought some extra documentation it would be fine. When it’s time to fly back to USA They didn’t allow him to fly. They were very rude. Wanted to sell us other flights for 400 each and the lady was super rude when giving us the prices. We found the same flights at VivaAerobus for $150 each and we had no issues flying with them.

The worse airline!!! They kept delaying the flight due to bad weather yet other flights were taking off and landing to the same destination. I was told my flight had left when I arrived at the airport about 10 min. late and they had me buy a new ticket. I then get an email confirmation from my Fiance saying that my original flight was delayed 2 hours. He called the customer service line and they confirmed that this flight was in fact delay 2 hours and told him to tell me to go to the gate and check in.I went to the gate and the staff said the flight had left already and they were not sure why I got the email. I asked to speak to the manager in Guadalajara and after 20 minutes of waiting he comes out and said to me that everyone on this flight is already on board and they cannot let anyone in. About 2 hours later they called the people to board "the flight that supposedly was ready to take off and everyone was on board". I run back to speak to the Manager and he refuse to come out of his office. after 30+ minutes of waiting for him he sends someone to tell me that they are not sure why they called the flight and it was an error. That flight had left already. They are liars!!!!! helpless and lazy. I purchased another ticket for 8PM and they delayed first time an hour, then two and at 11PM finally they said the plane had arrived from Mexico City that they would clean it and get us going. They checked everyone and we are about to board the plane and they canceled. They assured they would give everyone vouchers for hotel, transportation, and food. They send us downstairs and the staff down stairs said they don't provide none of this and I would need to speak to Manager. I did and he said he will not provide none and advised that I can request a refund via email for any expenses. He lied again!!! people were walking away with vouchers in their hand. I verified with them they gave them vouchers for food, hotel and transportation. I requested to speak to Manager AGAIN and he was in his office after another half hour later he came out and said he that he didn't provide the vouchers and I told him the people that had showed me it and he said only because they had no relatives to stay near by and I explained that I didn't either. He said he could not give me vouchers and left back to his office. I sleep in the airport. spent 24 hours in the airport. They kept delaying the flight and service of staff in Guadalajara was very poor. I sent an email to the customer service email provided online almost a month ago and no reply yet.

Got first class tickets on the low using Expedia .. Confy , good food .. the smell of the deodorant inside of the plane was horrendous though .. other than that a great experience..
